Cancellations and Refunds

Most items can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped yet. Please contact us asap if you need to cancel your order. 

Exchanges or Replacements

All exchanges and replacements must be requested by emailing Craft_Quest@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your original item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. If you believe that you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us for further evaluation.
