How are your pins graded?

A Grade-

These pins may have one or two small imperfections that are not noticeable from a distance. These imperfections may include:

-small scratches

-small mold defects

-small misprints

B grade-

These pins may have one or two additional noticeable flaws including but not limited to:

-large specks of color or black

-bubbles

-chips

-dents

-scratches

-missing or discolored fill- overfill

C Grade-

These pins have noticeable flaws that can be seen from a distance, such as:

-large smudges

-random paint mistakes

-large dust specs

When will my order ship?

We process orders in 3-5 business daysU.S. Orders generally get delivered within the next week or so. 

Note: During the holidays or heavy con seasons, orders may be delayed depending on the situation (holiday, weather, con, etc.).

The top banner on the home page will list updates regarding shipping in the event a delay occurs.

International: Orders can take up to 3-8 weeks to move through import destinations and customs (if applicable). Every country has different customs times, and we recommend that you contact your local shipping service if you believe your item is being held.

*If your order contains PREORDER items, please refer to the item description for estimated shipping times!

CUSTOMS: You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with Craft Quest.

For domestic customers who reside in USA territories or overseas USA installments, either temporarily or permanently: You are urged to verify with your command center or relevant agency regarding the best way to receive your order. Craft Quest is not responsible in any way if you cannot receive your order in an unauthorized area.

For EU and UK Residents

Craft Quest's website is currently not set up for VAT or any related taxes. Please head over to our ETSY where you will be able to purchase our items.

WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent complications, and inform us of the error. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.


If your item is returned to our shop by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times. If you choose to receive a refund instead of a reshipment, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total.

 

IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT

Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day. 
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.

When will you restock items?

-When items go out of stock, I need to remake or reorder them. Depending on the item, it can take an upwards of 1-3 months (ex- pins and keychains).

-Kickstarter items go live in my shop after all rewards have been shipped out, approximately 2-4 months after the campaign ends. The home page and my social media will have updates regarding new item drop dates and times.
